Mini cottage # 4 by the river banks

Great place to stay Positive: The property was clean, it smelled nice, the location was great. It was a different way to stay somewhere. The chalet was so cute ! Negative: The beds were super firm ! It might not be your thing !

Waste of time and money Negative: We booked in Quebec city, instructions said check in at 4pm we rolled up around 4:10. The mini chalet wasnt ready we walked in and all the bedding and towels were used. An employee walked over said he didnt know we were coming and he needed sometime to clean it, so we asked if we could just cancel he said yes. When we tried to cancel on the phone they did not let us. Place looked kinda run down and it was public bathrooms im happy we didnt stay.

Positive: Le calme, l'emplacement et la propreté de toutes les installations, la rapidité de réponse du personnel par messagerie Negative: La difficulté à ouvrir la porte du chalet, l'impossibilité de joindre quelqu'un par téléphone

Positive: Le site est propre, chaleureux et confortable. Negative: Mon fils a peur de coccinelles, et avait +++++ , peut être une fumigation avant de louer et les rues étaient très salles pour marcher, buen sur il y avait de la neige, mais bcp de sluch pour marcher.
